We are agents for a large lifetime Dinky collection. Some items were purchased directly from toy shops during the 1960s. He would travel to toyshops in the search for any old or out-of date stock, since scarcely anyone collected in those early days. Many were bought or swapped at early swapmeet/toyfairs. Quite a few of the unboxed models were taken straight from trade boxes. An interesting and varied collection that has been amassed over some 30 or so years.

Second type cab issue of this Dinky truck made between 1954-57. This most attractive Supertoy truck has a vibrant violet blue cab and chassis with a deep orange back and paler blue grooved hubs.

Such a factory-fresh gleam on this truck – brightest baseplate too and the original tyres look so fresh and unused!

Hard to imagine a better example exists. Upon the most minute scrutiny, one may detect a tiny mark or two – really extremely minor and most would be very tempted to call this model mint! (We were!)
No chipping at wheel arches, cab – even the tow hook is unscathed! There are just a few tiny pinprick marks at the corner points of the flatbed, which do not detract.

The striped Supertoy box is bright with no splits. One little scuff, a little rust at the staples and some old sellotape at box base. Shopkeeper’s price is written at one end of the lid. ‘LF’ sticker (lead free) still in place at one end. Nice to see that the little piece of packing card is still present too!
