Notes
This early example of the early issue Corgi Batmobile is in close to mint condition. Unmistakably silky matt paint finish (few of these have survived, most were gloss finish).
Suspension is no longer present on the wheels. The car ‘sits’ well. Most vivid mid-blue screens and both seated figures of Batman and Robin. Bright chrome to launching tubes and cockpit, vivid Bat hubs and Bat logos on both sides. Intact aerial. Pulsating flame, chain cutter and rocket launchers work well.
Occasional small mark to the paint finish.
Card inner is very bright and complete with vivid artwork on crisp card. With card packing
within the base for support. Some wear/tearing to the whee slots.
Reverse:
The Secret Instruction Packet has been opened and inside is a sprue of original fluorescent red missiles, Badge and Operating Instructions.
The colourfully illustrated outer box is bright and complete. A little age/handling wear. With card packing ring larger card packing piece.
A scarce Corgi iconic item to add to your collection.
