Notes
A striking stock car issued between 1967-69 with a vibrant yellow finish with racing numbers, and transfers, including eyes with eyelashes. Note the pale gold bumpers and strip low down at the sides.
Transfers are notably complete. Suspension on detailed cast wheels.
We surmise that this model with deep gold bumpers was part of a very small run. Indeed, there are other mdoels from this period with gold bumpers, but again part of a very small run eg. Corgi 245 Buick Riviera in pale blue and Corgi 247 Mercedes Pullman in metallic ruby-red.
In virtually mint condition.
The box is clean, strongly-coloured and complete. Crease. Corgi Club Membership Form.
