Notes
Few were made of this promotional model for the Dutch road construction company ‘
NWM’ in the late 1960’s.
The impressive Dinky Tanker from the French Dinky factory was made between 1963-71. This Code 3 issue however has a deepest green finish with a silver tank and complete ‘NWM’ labels on both sides of the cab, lettering and logo on both sides of the tank. Matching deep green painted plastic wheels.
With battery-operated headlights (unchecked).
Some edge rubbing to the cab and more marking (understandably) where the cab and trailer are hitched. Few marks besides.
The eye-catching pictorial box is bright and clean. Very colourful, complete over-label ‘NWM’. Light wear only to the box.
With lower card packing piece and ‘AIR BP’ Instruction Leaflet.
