Notes
Issued between 1965-68, in various colour finishes, this attractive American car has the rarest colour finish i.e. kingfisher blue, with a light blue interior.
An eye-catching model in this distinctive shade. This particular colour finish seems to have been especially difficult for Corgi – and is nearly always flaky. This example is in close to mint condition. Opening bonnet reveals a detailed engine. Opening boot still has the little set of golf clubs inside!
It comes complete with both seated figures.
Little (probably as-made) split to the steering wheel since it is so difficult to fit the driver behind the wheel. Small ‘bruise’ to the windscreen. Little discoloured area on the rear seat.
Close inspection finds a few little touch-ins to the paint e.g. at door edge.
The pictorial box has the green model pictured. Vibrantly-coloured and complete, showing very light wear. Period price. With Corgi Club Membership Form. Packing card ring.
