This classic Dinky truck was issued for some sixteen years in total (1964-72), this version having a metallic green cab, is a late issue presented in the harder to find end flap picture box with a white background. Model is in very close to mint condition with both REFUSE WAGON labels at the sides, as well as an intact chevron label at the rear. Perfect crest transfers on both sides of the vivid green cab. All delicate deep grey rear opening shutters are intact. Note the black plastic wheels and white interior.
None of the usual chipping head-on, showing that this truck has had careful handling only.
Both plastic bins are present, complete with removable lids.
As is often the case, the black plastic wheels have reacted a little to the tyres.
The end flap style box with a white background is clean and bright. A small area of surface loss (to the white background) where a price label was removed at some time (similarly on an end flap too).
