Issued between 1961-62, this early version has a bright mid red and black finish, yellow interior, fine and unfaded, complete ‘Birmingham – London Motorway Express’ paper labels and shining flat spun wheels.
Two or three negligible marks to the paint. Complete ’destination board label above the cab.
The early lift-off lid box is complete and vividly-coloured,. Few little surface scuffs.
