Notes
Sought after models that are so difficult to find in good condition! Dinky dies were sold to the Indian Firm S. Kumar & Co. trading as Atamco. (1968-70). Often known as Indian-Dinky toys, the finish was poor in comparison.
A very close to mint example finished in a white with original silver details, blue plastic driver, black plastic steering wheel. Black plastic one-piece tyres/wheels.
Silver racing number 35 transfers are intact, save for a couple of tiny nicks to one.
The very scarce Dinky Toys box with NICKY TOYS over-stickers marks the change from Indian Dinky to Nicky toys. Nearly all reference to Dinky is obliterated except for this print on an end flap:
Moderate wear (by Nicky standards) includes a puncture and some end flaps are rather fragile now.
