Notes
An impressive Dinky Tanker from the French Dinky factory, made between 1963-71.
With a bright yellow, white and green finish, all six hoses still in place at the sides of the tanker, spare wheel and battery casing for the headlights. The battery-operated headlights have been checked and work!
Light rub visible on the ‘AIR BP’ logos (central seam of the tank), and there are a couple of marks where the cab and trailer are hitched (unavoidable!).
The eye-catching pictorial box is very bright and clean with no splits or graffiti. Complete with lower card packing pieces and Instruction Leaflet.
Remains of a price label may be found at one end of the lid. Traces of the original sellotape which kept the box lid closed may be seen, too.
