Notes

Another remarkable find from this collector. Anecdotally, the Italian market did not want a red Vanwall and so this version was made for export in this bright green colour with cast wheels, a silver seat, racing number 7 and two rivets on the base. Cast details on the base are horizontal.
Complete racing number ‘7’ and ‘Vanwall’ lettering at the side. Clear windscreen. As-new fine tread original tyres.

Horizontal writing on the two-rivetted base with ‘Made in GT Britain’:

Couple of tiny marks to a raised detail and a little mark at the rear.

The later blue and yellow picture box is complete, fresh and bright with a quite a crisp feel. Very minor wear.
