Notes

Issued between 1958-68, this fine Gift Set is an early issue, having a mid-green Land Rover with a light tan tin tilt, and a red and black trailer. Wire drawbar. Curiously the shaped spun wheels have been applied to the Landrover so that the flat spun side is showing (factory oversight perhaps). Virtually mint!

The red and black Trailer with shaped spun wheels has a few little marks. Very near mint.

The original brown plastic pony is still present.

The card plinth on which the models sit, is crisp and brightly-coloured with just a few little marks, a front edge crumple and a small wheel slot tear.

The outer card pictorial end flap box is strongly-coloured and complete. Quite a crisp feel. Light wear. Nice to see that the packing piece for the pony, the little informative slip and larger packing piece is still present.
