An impressive correct early box for one of the most sought-after Dinky models – and surely one of the rarest Dinky Trucks, this is the correct early box for 1st type version of the Foden Flat Truck with Chains in green, made during 1952.
Note the factory stamp ‘G’ (so for the green issue) at a short lid end.
Light wear. Period price penned.
One very essential half of a statement piece in a Dinky commercial collection.
