This lustrous Dinky Truck has spent a large percentage of its 60+ years tucked away in its box. Even the tow hook is virtually unmarked! This is the version with red grooved Supertoy wheels. Black radial tyres are well-shaped. Straight chain posts, original chain, rounded chain post bosses and a bolt fixing for the spare wheel. Large painted hook. 20mph transfer.

Such an attractive display piece – just a couple of minute retouch may be found upon close scrutiny (so often Dinky Fodens will be found littered with touch-ins, not so in this case, thankfully).
The complete and bright DINKY SUPERTOYS box is clean and graffiti-free. Shiny staples. ‘LF’ (lead free) label. Lid seam repair and a little glue applied to another. Couple of lid corner scuffs. A small area of fading tot he lower half of the blue base not covered by the lid (and only on one side, the rest of the lower half of the box is vibrant blue).
