Corgi Toys Gift Set 37 Lotus Racing Team

Notes

A sought-after Gift set made between 1966-69.
The contents comprise:

1) 490 VW Breakdown Truck (slight grubbiness to labels). Two tyres stowed. Winching hook detached but present Near mint plus. Red pen marking to the chevron label.
2) Silver chassis on a red trailer (few marks at the towing section). Very near mint. With original band still in situ.
3) 318 Lotus Elan S2. Very near mint (with racing numbers applied).
4) 319 Lotus Elan S2 Hard Top. Very near mint (with racing numbers applied).
5) 155 Lotus Climax Racing Car.Near mint plus with a few little chrome rubs and marking to the paint at the nose.

Complete and bright polystyrene inner has light wear.
Attractive outer box is bright and complete with intact original cellophane window (a few raised marks in the cellophane due to model contact).

Light age grubbiness/wear including edge ruffling in places and a reverse edge has flecks of surface loss.
