Notes

This is an early Routemaster Bus with all the attractive details not present in the later issues. Wonderfully fresh complete transfers at the front, rear and sides. Bright spun wheels. Conductor and driver. Ribbed roof (without the usual box rubs!), jewelled headlights. Vividly coloured throughout, this is such a fine display piece!

A little rough spot at the cream section toward the rear on one side (factory, and as-made). Mere dot or two besides.
The correct, early all-card picture box is colourfully illustrated and feels quite crisp. A little light handling wear including a very small corner ruffle. A couple of little stains on one non-picture side. Old Christmas label at an end flap. No graffiti.
Rare early Mettoy London Transport Routemaster Bus promotional card stand is included! Day-one bright colours on crisp clean card. Small top crease since it was slid into the card box.

Superb and scarce shop promotional item to display alongside the Routemaster Bus!
