This scarce and desirable Gift Set was issued between 1968-69 only and comprises:
1) Corgi 319 Marlin Rambler Sports Fastback in metallic mid-blue, white roof and boot, suspension on detailed cast wheels. Roof rack in place with red and white canoe atop. A scarce colour issue which only ever appeared in this gift set. Close to mint condition with a notably intact grey tow bar. Note that suspension is soft on one wheel. Occasioanl negligible mark to the paint finish and little rubbing to the front bumper finish.
2) Pennyburn Trailer in the same colour finish. Virtually mint.
Bright card pictorial tray is complete, with both pull-out tabs present. Very minor wear due to model movement to one wheel slot.
Another red and white canoe is included with figure and paddles.
The attractively illustrated outer box is complete and brightly-coloured. Light wear/grubbiness and a couple of little scuffs from storage.
