This model is part of a selection of interesting diecast makes bought some 20 or so years ago by a prolific collector and stored away until now.
As presented in the 1964 Geneva Motor show, this is an impressive model based on the Chevrolet Corvette. The distinctive dovetail-shaped rear line sets it apart from all others. A quality finish and a reassuring weight in your hand. this Corvette is difficult to resist. Rich glossy cream finish, silver trim, rear number-plates and detailed cast wheels. Supple tyres. Opening doors. Window glazing. Virtually mint state.
Colourful window box has light wear (couple of scuffs) but the cellophane is intact. Unpunched header card.
