From the English casting of Dinky 104, the French Dinky factory made this version with concave metal wheels, a three-spoke cream steering wheel and of course, ‘Made in France’ on the base. Showing light handling/age wear only – and a more difficult find with racing number ‘14’. Complete racing numbers throughout. Vivid mid-green finish, driver, metal steering wheel, shiny base (a little marking). Little marks to the (always vulnerable) driver’s head. Well-shaped original tyres. Issued during 1960-61.
The deep yellow pictorial box has strong colours on clean, crisp card. Lots of end flap spring. Happily puncture-free too! Very small tear to an internal end flap.
