Notes
Inspired by the Gerry Anderson Thunderbirds T.V. series from the ’60’s. This Fab 1 model is finished in non-fluorescent pink, the earliest issue with the pink stripes on the clear sliding roof.
Gold interior and both original seated figures of Lady Penelope and Parker. It comes with an intact bonnet emblem, jewelled headlights. Number plates front and rear (creases to rear label).
The sliding roof is perfectly intact. The car comes complete with a firing rocket and four rear harpoons. Remains of the factory-stapled to the card stand.
A few little marks to the all original paint finish.
Shiny wheels – version with shiny spun wheels with ‘concentric circles’ and raised central point detail.
The colourful card stand is complete and bright. Looks fresh and crisp with light wear only – nearly always found with more wear than this – and it is easy to see why, this is a heavy vehicle. Refreshing to see that there are not tears to the wheel slots!
Instructions are on the reverse of the card stand, detailing how to fire the front rocket and rear harpoons.
The pictorial card box is complete, clean and bright. Shows minimal and careful handling. Without tears! Crisp.
