Notes
Inspired by the James Bond film “You Only Live Twice”, this model was made during 1967-69. An exceptional Corgi toy in virtually mint condition. Both figures present, intact aerial, jewelled front and rear lights, complete registration numbers at front and rear, wire wheels, suspension.
Not an easy find with a pale gold bumper. Usual finish is silver. Note the factory applied rear over-rider detail in gold has not been applied in quite the correct position.
No Secret Instructions Packet with this example, although four original rockets on a sprue are still present.
The very close to pristine card is intensely crisp and shop-fresh. All four push-out tabs at the wheel slots still present and attached. Wonderfully vivid graphics/art work.
Reverse:
The outer box continues the theme; strongly-coloured, clean and crisp. The card is silky, showing minimal and careful handling only. Virtually perfect.
