Notes
A delightful Corgi model in complete and original condition, issued between 1960-63. This van has a black body, with a silver ridged roof, smooth hubs. “Evening Standard” labels are complete on both sides. Bright baseplate. Minor rubbing/age wear to one.
It is harder to find in our experience than the half-black, half-silver version.
Few little marks on the roof (little dots). Occasional small mark besides. Faint glue residue from the application and removal of a number-plate at some time (Corgi period accessory number plates were available at the time).
The card pictorial box is complete and feels quite crisp. Some age/handling wear including a couple of very minor repairs to the underside.
