Corgi Toys 391 James Bond Mustang
James Bond Ford Mustang Mach 1 by Corgi Toys, No. 391. Very near mint/boxed. Version with pierced spoked wheels. Inspired by the film 'Diamonds are Forever'. From The Berlin Collection.
Notes
This James Bond Mustang model was issued for one year only (1972) to coincide with the ‘Diamonds are Forever’ film release.
A sought-after James Bond Mustang model in very close to mint condition.
The model has a striking deep vibrant red and black finish. High shine finish to the paint generally showing that this model has barely been handled. Not even a trace of a roof rub. Unscratched amber glass. Version with pierced spoked wheels.
An eye-catching display piece.
Mere dot or two to the paint finish. Minute scrutiny reveals a couple of tiny dot retouches to the bonnet front edge.
Colourful card box is bright, crisp and clean, with a complete Bond Ford Mustang label. Very light wear and a minor glue repair to paper surface at an end flap.
