Issued 1948-52, this is a scarce British heavyweight Foden Platform Lorry is finished in grey and red, with a red fuel tank. Beautifully constructed, this was part of a small range of diecast constructional models made between 1948-52 by this British manufacturer. Sold with the necessary tools to take apart and rebuild, this Foden model measures 32cms x 9.5cms. approx.
Complete with spare wheel stowed underneath. Several flakes of paint on the bed principally.
Especially difficult to find with its distinctive sturdy colourful card box. Some wear as you might expect (rubbing and edge scuffs). Light edge stains to box base underside.
Original tools and leaflet too.
8-Ton Dyson Trailer is finished in grey-blue & red with a complete ‘Dyson’ transfer. Near mint plus condition with a few minor edge marks.
Complete and bright sturdy end flap box has some light edge rubs/ wear etc.
