Corgi 268
Corgi 268 The Green Hornet's Black Beauty. Cast wheels. Very near mint/boxed. With full Secret Instruction Packet & Greaseproof Strip. From The Heart of England Collection.
Notes
A pleasing example in very close to mint condition. The detailed roof transfer is complete and perfect, the car’s gadgets function well, the radiator closes well. Cast wheel version.
Note too that suspension is fine. Just one or two little marks to the finish. Note that the wheels have a faint flat spot now, having been in the same position for many years.
It comes complete with the *original Secret Instruction Packet which is opened and comes with the full complement of accessories i.e. the Instructions, four radar scanners and four missiles inside.
The inner card stand has vibrant colours on crisp card. The atmospheric artwork is a delight! Note the little marks where the wheels have rested and indeed each wheel mark has a tiny fleck of surface loss.
The outer box is complete and strongly-coloured, showing very light wear only. A very small area of light grubbiness.
If you have been looking for an extremely fresh and bright example, this box fits the bill! Small light stain and tiny wear. Notably, this model comes with the original greaseproof strip which can be placed over the roof, so protecting the delicate transfer.
