Notes
Issued between 1966-69, this Oldsmobile car has a gleaming, deep purple-blue finish, complete bonnet logo (fresh and bright), bright chrome parts, detailed cast wheels. Fine original tyres. If you press the roof periscope the figure moves from side to side to shoot the enemy. This is the version with plastic chromed spotlights (to dazzle the enemy!).
In very close to mint condition. Occasional tiny mark only.
Often lost or even replaced with a copy, this Thrushbuster comes with its original Waverley ring. Changing image on the ring face of Napoleon Solo and Illya Kuryakin.
The clean and fresh-looking card plinth (version with red section on base) is complete and bright. None of the usual tears at wheels slots. Very nice!
Lots of info about the U.N.C.L.E organisation on box reverse as well as pictures and signatures of the T.V. series protagonists.
The outer box is complete, clean, fresh and bright. Tiny repaired tear is easily overlooked, Light wear.
With both card packing rings and wrap-around card piece.
