Rare to come to the market place, this set comprises:
1)Corgi 1124 Corporal Missile Launching Platform in matt military green. Very near mint.
2) Corgi 1113 Corporal Guided Missile Erector Vehicle, in matt military green with a movable boom which can elevate (metal cogs) so that the missile can be lowered onto the launching pad. Spare wheel in place (often missing).Near mint (residue from the missile nose cone which inevitably perishes over time). Now fitted with the Corgi Percussion Head. Marking to the missile.
3) Corgi 1118 International Tow Truck. British marking version. British military green finish, with a removable tin canopy. Marking to the transfers front and rear. Original radial tyres run well. Two small blistered areas to the paint finish caused by prolonged contact with the card inner.
Corgi 1480 Percussion Head fitted to the missile, with box.
Notably complete with the* delicate lower card packing piece* intact, and upper and lower card packing pieces to protect the models.
Promotional Leaflet included too.
Large and colourful pictorial, lift-off lid box is strongly-coloured and complete. Note the expected little rubs etc at seam edges and just one very small seam split to the lid.
An extremely difficult find.
