Corgi Ford Falcon
Wooden Prototype of Corgi Ford Falcon Ghia Torino. Another piece of Corgi history from The Lewes Collection.
Notes
A fascinating piece of Corgi history – this wooden prototype measures 4 inches, has pencilled detailing, shaped spun wheels. Never went into full production.
Originally sold through us in 2006, this model came from an Austrian collector who had become a friend of Marcel Van Cleemput. Subsequently, we sold this model to ‘Monty Calme’ in 2006. Next, this model was sold to The Lewes Collector – and so finally, after several years, it is back at QDT once more.
A general letter of Provenance is included from the Austrian Collector, who was a personal friend of Marcel Van Cleemput.
