Notes
In gleaming and complete condition with a red prime mover (no sunfading here!), pale grey trailer and window glazing. Complete with the original bronze-coloured plastic propeller with ‘Scimitar’ label (complete) and band on the brown plastic pallet. An impressive model on display, with a wonderfully glossy finish. Notably, all original condition.
Very small area where the paint is a little ‘thin’ (as-made) and a few minor marks besides.
The striped Supertoys box with large italicised DINKY SUPERTOYS print is bright and complete, with no seam splits. Light age wear only. Very nice!
Original light blue lower packing piece is present, along with the top card piece, small buff card packing piece and blue card packing ring.
This scarce version with windows was made toward the end of the run (1959-61).
