A rare find i this box presentation.
The slightly earlier dual-numbered box (1954) has no product number on the box faces and then of course, the majority of 234 models have the product number in the red oval_. This early 234 box has the Dinky number in the black oval on both box faces as well as at the end flaps.
Pleasing original paint finish is strongly-coloured. Complete racing number 5 at the sides (tiny wear), baseplate (minor marking) with 23H stamped. Well-shaped, original grey tyres.
Virtually mint condition!
The scarce early 234 box with the number in the black oval has a little wear but all complete. Note there is a small slit puncture to the top surface cased by the driver’s head.
