Notes
Issued between 1965-69, this popular Mini model has a sea-green finish, ‘wood panelling’, yellow interior, jewelled headlights, aerial, bright chrome roof-rack with two surf boards, and surfing figure.
A more difficult find with cast wheels (made towards the end of the production run). Suspension is fine. Well-shaped original tyres.
Figure and surf boards still banded to the model.
Note the little factory assembly marking immediately around and near the headlights. Otherwise hard to fault.
The colourful pictorial box is crisp, clean and bright. Fresh. Tiny wear. Complete with leaflet/Corgi Club Membership Form.
