Issued between 1966-69, this VW Police Car has the ‘True Scale Steering’ mechanism working perfectly.
Fresh deep green and white finish, bright chrome bumpers, light surround and base. Blue light and steering mechanism on the roof. Light rubbing to the chrome surround on the roof.
Complete ‘POLIZEI’ labels, jewelled headlights.
Hard to find a mark but closest scrutiny finds a small retouch at the back edge of the roof.
The pictorial card box is clean, bright and complete. Very crisp. Lightest wear. First we have seen with this particular version of the card ring i.e.in red with yellow letters and 4 small yellow arrows.
