Notes
A striking and scarce Citroen model from the French Dinky factory – this model has an ivory finish with a deep aubergine roof, early issue so no window glazing. Convex wheels have a little of the usual tarnishing (only to 2 of the wheels and only at the other rim, the other two are very shiny throughout), bright base with 24 C stamped. Smooth running original white tyres.
Pleasing sheen, this example makes a fine display piece. A scarce model.
Closest scrutiny reveals two sweeps of additional (later) paint on one side. Faintest marking on the roof.
The box is bright and complete. Light wear and pencilled marking on the roof.
