A difficult find, this non-suspension version is finished in white with gold rear fins, flat spun wheels, nice silver trim, grey base.
When the 211M models were discontinued in 1959, some left-over painted body shells were fitted with the 211S bases, put in standard 211 boxes and sold abroad.
Such an eye-catching finish! A little marking to the top edge of a rear fin and minute scrutiny finds tiny paint bubbles (as-made) at some body lines. Couple of smaller marks to the paint finish too. Note the little bend at one rear fin (as-made).
The blue picture box is bright, clean and complete. Crisp feel. Minor wear only.
