Notes
This model was issued for one year only (1972) to coincide with the ‘Diamonds are Forever’ film release.
A sought-after James Bond Mustang model in close to mint original condition (a few little marks nearly always confined to the front bumper edge).
The model has a striking deep vibrant red and black finish. Version with pierced spoked wheels. High shine finish to the paint generally showing that this model has barely been handled. Not even a trace of a roof rub. Unscratched amber glass.
A striking display piece.
Colourful card box has is a difficult find in this condition. Really fresh, clean and bright with a vibrant and complete James Bond Ford Mustang label. Smooth intact cellophane window. Gives the impression of unsold old shop stock.
