Corgi 315 Simca 1000 Competition Model. Hard to find version in deep metallic blue. Very near mint/boxed. A rare find from The Berlin Collection.
Notes
Issued during 1964-66, this Simca model is a rare find (more usually found with a chrome finish). Attractive intense deep metallic blue finish with complete racing stripe and number. Vivid red detailed interior. Suspension on bright shaped spun wheels. Well-shaped original treaded tyres.
Few tiny flecks of factory silver on the passenger door. Closest scrutiny finds a very small touch-in on a rear wing.
The box is clean and bright, with quite a crisp feel. Light wear and a couple of small flecks of surface loss on the box underside. Corgi Club Membership Form.
