Notes

A desirable Corgi Monte Carlo Mini model (Austin) in bright red and white finish with complete racing numbers 177 on both doors, chrome roof rack (no rubs) and two spare wheels. Suspension on all four cast wheels. Six jewelled headlights/spotlights (note that Austin Mini models have smaller headlights – compared to the Morris issues, other casting differences too). Monte Carlo labels are complete at front and rear. Front number plates have the tiniest nick. Rear number plates are complete. Few very small factory assembly marks at headlight rims and a small stray smudge of factory paint one one rear wing.
Nice to see that the white roof does not have nibbles/chips at edges, so presents very well.

The scarce plain non-picture card box has deep colours on crisp, clean card. Silky feel shows that this box has rarely been handled. Tiny tear and a small penned period price on one surface.
Also includes the 1967 Monte Carlo B.M.C. leaflet detailing the story of the rally. Club Membership Form on reverse.
