Corgi 391
Corgi 391 James Bond Ford Mustang Mach 1. With UNPIERCED SPOKED WHEELS. Near mint plus/boxed Complete and very fresh James Bond Label ). Very nice box! Inspired by the film 'Diamonds are Forever'. From The Heart of England Collection.
Notes
This model was issued for one year only (1972) to coincide with the ‘Diamonds are Forever’ film release.
A sought-after James Bond Mustang model in close to mint condition.
The model has a striking deep vibrant red and black finish. High shine finish to the paint generally showing that this model has barely been handled. Version with spoked detail wheels (unpierced). Tiny mark on the front bumper and a flick of paint at the front bumper to cover light marking ( probably caused by contact with the inner).
The box is a very fine example with vibrant colours on crisp card. Particularly difficult to find such a fresh-looking, bright red and yellow label too! Smooth original cellophane is undamaged. Very close to old shop stock quality box.
