Notes
An impressive Dinky commercial truck in all original condition with a fine lustre to the vibrant red and pale grey paint finish. Plastic bronze propellor with brown pallet is complete with the original cord which fixes it to the grey trailer.
‘Scimitar’ label has some edge nicks.
There are a few of the usual incidental chips where metal meets metal at the rear of the tractor unit and a couple of tiny marks besides at some exposed edges.
Still – this is an impressive display piece especially alongside its pleasing striped Supertoys box. Just a tiny corner crumple and a lightly pencilled shopkeeper’s price on the box surface. Original owner has written the words ‘Corporal Rocket’ in small neat writing on the top surface (quite faint, so not immediately obvious). Minor wear besides. Lower packing is included.
