Corgi Gift Set 19

Notes

This is the late issue with a plastic canopy to the Land Rover and plastic screen with ‘bars effect’ on the elephant cage. Version with black winching hook on the elephant cage. Old elastic bands secure the Cage to the Trailer.

The Gift Set comprises:
1) The Land-Rover has a plastic canopy and shaped spun wheels. Suspension. It looks very smart and fresh with a gleaming original close to mint paint finish, complete with spare wheel on the bonnet. Chipperfield’s Circus label on both sides of the plastic canopy. A few little marks at the rear where it has come into contact with the tow bar on the Trailer.

2) The brown plastic cage has a bright and fresh Chipperfields paper label. Intact opening rear door. Black hook on top of the cage. Last issue with plastic screen with ‘bars effect’.

3) The blue and red trailer has shiny spun wheels. Just a chip at two exposed points and very minor marking on the tow ring.
The card plinth is bright and complete showing very minor wear.

The card box is vividly-coloured and complete. A little age/handling wear and a couple of small stains on the top edge. Label residue on an end flap.
