Notes

A brightly-coloured, original example – this issue has plastic blue sliding doors at both ends (feature of later issues) and in the middle. Shaped spun hubs and well-shaped original tyres. Comes with both original bears . Amber skylights, notably, have no cracks or splits.

In very near mint condition (you have to hunt for the merest mark). 2 of the blue plastic doors are a good strong colour with no discolouration, the other has a touch of ‘yellowing’.
Note the ‘Polar Bears’ transfer has been applied, another unapplied example included.

Lift-off lid picture box is complete and brightly coloured. No graffiti. Edge scuffing and a strip of surface loss on one side caused by tape removal. Very small area of surface loss on the other side.
