Corgi 207
Corgi 207 Standard Vanguard III Saloon. Very pale blue-green & red. Very near mint/boxed, with promotional booklet. From The MBU Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1957-62, this model is in fine original condition in a delicate shade of palest blue-green with a bright red upper section. Flat spun hubs and a shiny black gloss baseplate showing that this model was also available as a mechanical version.
Nice to see that this example does not have a roof rub! Day-one vivid colours too. Just a couple of mere dots on the roof.
The early pictorial box is complete, strongly coloured with all end flaps intact. Crisp feel to the card. Minor handling wear. Period dollar price stamp on an end flap.
