Notes

This version has a fresh lemon and red finish with flat spun wheels. In close to mint condition with a small mark on one side. Occasional tiny mark besides. In all original condition throughout. Note this model has the mechanical bulge on the baseplate.
Originally Corgi intended to issue a mechanical version (hence the bulge) but this was never issued.
Fine original tyres.

C210p3752

Originally Corgi intended to issue as a mechanical version (hence the bulge) but this was never issued. This is not a mechanical version but has the baseplate that would have been used if such a model were produced. An interesting issue therefore.
The powder blue box is a pleasing example – complete and strongly-coloured with very minor handling wear and alight storage crumple. Shopkeeper’s pencilled price at an end flap. Promotional colour booklet is also included.
Issued 1957-60.
