Corgi Gift Set 40

Notes

A sought after set, first issued during 1976. The exciting trio comprises:

1) Corgi 267 Batmobile. Whizzwheel version is complete with Batman and Robin figures, chain cutter, rocket launcher, gold tow hook, original aerial. Bright bat logos on both sides of the car, intact pale blue tinted screens.
Note the small chip on the bonnet caused by contact with the Batcopter. A few light surface marks besides.
2) Corgi 925 Batcopter is in very near mint condition with a bright gloss black finish and complete vivid Batman transfers (a little edge furling to some). Couple of negligible marks only. Working winch and operating rotors.

3) Corgi Batboat on Trailer is in virtually mint condition. Rally wheel s on the trailer. Very bright, clean and fresh with colourful Bat logos. Paper labels have very minor age transparency

The 3 items have the original bands which affix them to the complete card plinth.
The large and colourful header card box looks bright and clean. Barely any handling wear.
Careless removal of sellotape on the header card has resulted in a couple of areas of surface loss. Note too, the tiny staple holes – so the item may have been hung up for display. Cellophane has been replaced at some time, we believe, certainly at the very least the cellophane has been re-glued in place. Full sprue of 12 rockets.
Intact polystyrene inner.
