Notes
First issued during 1969, this version has a vibrant red finish with black doors and red spot wheels, racing number 30. Note the Whizzwheels are a mix of both silver and gold issues. As-new tyres. Complete example with both aerofoils, detailed engine, spare wheel. Bright racing numbers are virtually complete – complete (small lower edge nick to one). Otherwise, hard to fault.
Complete and bright cellophane-fronted German export window box with 3 ‘BLITZ-RÄDER’ promotional labels has original cellophane smooth and intact. Light wear/age grubbiness and residue from a small price label on box reverse. One set of end flaps appear never to been opened.
An extremely difficult find.
