A pleasing example of this popular Corgi model, presented in the winged blister-style box. Not an easy model to find. The Jaguar has a bright mid-blue metallic finish, black interior, spoked wheels, opening doors, bonnet (revealing a detailed engine), and boot. Detailed interior has tip up seats and a rear sliding seat. Nicely detailed on the underside too. Fine tread tyres with ‘Corgi Toys’ embossed (one has a small surface split). Brightest chrome bumpers (tiny marking) and distinctive recessed headlights (mark-free). Complete label at the rear.
In close to mint condition. Light, very small scratch on one door.

The attractive, delicate picture box has an intact clear plastic ‘bubble’, attached to the backing card. So often found broken or brittle and yellowed! Unpunched header card too. Front edge of the card is perfectly intact with tiny wear only – (a vulnerable area that is often worn). Bright card plinth on which the car sits. Side edge has a tiny ruffle and a tiny portion of the surface of the card has flaked off (being extra fussy here).
Comes with the usually missing piece of stiff clear plastic packing which fits over the car inside the ‘bubble’. Plenty of information on the Jaguar at box reverse.
Delighted to see that it comes with the detachable winged card piece too. Tiniest edge tear.
