Notes
A very close to pristine example!
This popular and sought-after set comprises:
1) Corgi 438 Land Rover. This version has suspension on spun wheels. A couple of little chips to the front bumper ( probably contact mark caused by slight movement in the box). Complete label below the windscreen. Includes Dr. Marsh Tracy (with stethoscope), Judy The Chimp and tiger.
2) Corgi 503 Bedford Giraffe Transporter. In virtually mint – mint condition, complete with both wing mirrors and the two giraffes, with packing card. Shaped spun wheels.
3) Corgi 483 Dodge Truck ‘Kew Fargo’. In virtually mint condition with complete labels throughout. Both original elephants are included, with packing card. Corgi Club Membership Form.
Complete with Paula and Clarence The Lion – with spectacles!
All items are housed in a complete, pristine polystyrene inner.
The outer box is colourful and clean, showing barely any wear at all. A couple of tiny surface tears at an end flap edge, easily overlooked. Period price label.
Header/Retailer card (so often missing!) is present and complete too. Colours are clean and bright – as fine as you could wish.
