Corgi Gift Set 20

Notes

An extremely rare set comprising:

1) Corgi 1146 Scammell Carrimore Mk. V in orange, white and blue, with four black plastic chocks. Jewelled headlights, detailed cast wheels. Near mint condition.

2) 6) *Corgi 377 Marcos 3 Litre. Sea green. Scarce. Whizzwheels. Very near mint.

3) Corgi 313 Ford Cortina GXL in metallic bronze finish with a matte black roof. Jewelled headlights and a detailed interior. Whizzwheels. Very near mint.

4) Corgi 382 Porsche Targa 911S has a bright metallic green finish, matte black roof and gold roll-bar. Jewelled headlights. Black interior. Whizzwheels. Near mint plus.

5) Corgi 372 Lancia Fulvia Sport Zagato. Bright orange and black finish and Whizzwheels with spring suspension. Very near mint.

6) Corgi 204 Morris Mini Minor. Scarce in orange with lemon interior. Whizzwheels. Excellent ( several chips).

7) Corgi 311 3 Litre Capri, red & back, Whizzwheels. Near mint plus. One (later) touch-in on a front wing.
Polystyrene base has a small section missing now (a comparatively flimsy polystyrene base to hold these contents.

Lift-off lid is a very decent example – and a hard find this good! Intact original cellophane notably. Clean bright fresh colours on the card. Note the repaired tear to one small section on one side. Residue of original tape remains. Available as a mail order item and this example has the mail order label still in place.
