Corgi 1127
Corgi 1127 Simon Snorkel Fire Engine. Very near mint/boxed. Gold boom issue in card box. Very nice box. With leaflet. From The Old School Collection.
Notes
A popular Corgi model from the Major Packs Emergency Vehicle range of toys.
The Simon Snorkel fire engine was made between 1964-74. This example has a Bedford cab, spun wheels, 6 firemen, water cannon, extending and rotating boom. Original fine tread tyres run well. Version with gold boom jointed pipes.
Tiny mark where the jib rests on the roof as you might expect. Faint rub on the silver platform (probably as-made). Tiny mark or two besides. Notably untarnished gold boom.
Bright and fresh polystyrene tray.
The lift-off lid card box is an early issue with lots of bright atmospheric artwork on the lid.
Barely any wear at all on the lid which has vibrant strong colours and minimal wear.
Original leaflet is included.
