Corgi 203
Corgi 203 Vauxhall Velox Saloon. Near mint plus/boxed. Scarce in CREAM, version WITHOUT original silver detailing on bonnet. From The Old School Collection.
Notes
Issued between 1956-61. This model is in all-original condition, and a more difficult find in this eye-catching rich cream finish (not the lemon-yellow finish!). Version without silver fluting on the bonnet. Very shiny flat spun wheels and tinplate baseplate. A bright paint finish and original silver trim at radiator and bumpers. As-new, fine tread original tyres.
A small pinhead-sized blemish on the roof (factory) and a few very light stray flicks of factory silver and a larger drip of paint above a headlight (all factory).
The early blue boxes is crisp, bright and complete, with light wear only.
A beautiful early Corgi model on display.
