Notes
The best we have ever offered for sale – in fact, the best we have seen! Issued between 1948-54, this classic Dinky model is a difficult find in blue.
Light blue rollers and original green rubber tracks notably intact and running freely.
A couple of negligible marks to the paint finish. Base has a little tarnishing. This model comes with the familiar Dinky driver figure, busy at work ‘operating’ the levers.
The buff lift-off lid box has a complete paper label – note this is the ‘plainer’ version. Light wear/grubbiness. Note the ‘O’ stamped at a lid end – so intended for the standard orange version originally. Period pencilled price. Comes with the original card packing insert too!
